PT Reswara Minergi Hartama acquire 70 percent shares in PT Media Djaya Bersama, the owner of two mining concessions in Aceh Province, PT Mifa Bersaudara in West Aceh and PT Bara Energi in Nagan Raya.

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama increased its issued and paid up capital, to accelerate debt repayment to the Shareholders PT Mifa Bersaudara and PT Bara Energi Lestari increased its paid up capital to strengthen the fundamentals of the Company’s performance. PT Mifa Bersaudara in Aceh mine site start pilot mining and premiered ship coal production to PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia in October 2012. It became a historical milestone for Aceh because for the first time, Aceh did barging or shipments of coal, although on a small scale. Accordingly, the Company, through its entity can be said as a Pioneer of the coal industry in Aceh.

PT Tunas Inti Abadi obtain the status of “Clear and Clean” from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia The new facilities at Special Coal Terminal of PT Tunas Inti Abadi, Geoservice and Feeder Breaker laboratory started operating.

Supporting infrastructure facilities in Aceh mine site was completed and Mifa ready to start the commercial phase. South Kalimantan mine site obtained ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001: 2004 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 form Audit Certification Institution, PT SGS Indonesia.

January 2015, the Company through Mifa perform Aceh first coal export to India using its own port facilities. April 2015, the Aceh Governor, Zaini Abdullah, inaugurated the operation of the first integrated coal mining industry in Aceh, Mifa.
